Grameyer was visited on February 15, 2007, by a group of customers from India that came to its headquarters in the city of Schroeder, Santa Catarina, Brazil.

The visit was part and parcel of a series of business oportunities that Grameyer has developed in conjunction with other partners in the area of large size motors and generators for projects in India. There are now several large irrigation projects underway in India. The projects include high current excitation systems for for synchronous motors (double channel + double thyristor bridge (redundant) and GPFR-P266 excitation systems for synchronous brushless motors with currents of up to 25 Amperes, totalling 14 systems.

Once again, Grameyer is recognized and chosen by world class partners to work together, reinforcing its position as a reference to beckon with in the area of control of electric energy generation.
